Leeds target former Liverpool & Real Madrid goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek




The Yorkshire club's boss, Simon Grayson, is looking for options in the transfer window following the departure of Kasper Schmeichel to Leicester City, and is considering the PoleLeeds United are hoping to strengthen their goalkeeping options and have are looking to sign ex-Liverpool and Real Madrid shot-stopper Jerzy Dudek
The search for a new goalkeeper comes after the sale of Kasper Schmeichel to Leicester City for an undisclosed fee in June, the Leeds boss is hoping to replace the young, talented prodige with the proven reliability of Dudek.

The veteran has appeared on Simon Grayson's radar after his Real Madrid contract expired, but the former Poland international is only one of a number of players being looked at.
"He's on a list of players in that position who are available and might be a proposition. He's one of half-a-dozen who are on the radar," Grayson told The Yorkshire Evening Post.
"We've got two or three really good options and we're just waiting to make the right decision in terms of the player's ability and the finance package to go with it all."
Dudek won the Champions League with Liverpool in 2005 before moving to Madrid in 2007 after being usurped by Pepe Reina at Anfield.
