LUIS SUAREZ was on target as Uruguay started their Copa America campaign with a 1-1 draw against Peru.
The Liverpool striker equalised just before the break after Paolo Guerrero had put Peru ahead.
Suarez found himself one on one with the keeper and coolly netted his 18th goal for his country.
LUCAS LEIVA admits Brazil must improve ahead of Saturday’s clash with Paraguay in the Copa America.
The Reds midfielder played in the Samba stars’ disappointing 0-0 draw with Venezuela.
“Now we have to keep on working in the next matches to play with ball possession and create more chances,” Lucas said.
